Megan Wishart (she/her)

Megan Wishart (she/her) has been a member of CCDI’s team since 2023. Currently the Program Coordinator with our Learning and Knowledge Solutions team, Megan Wishart draws on her experience with logistical coordination, communication and administrative support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of CCDI’s multiple learning and certification programs, including CCIP.D, DEIA Learning Pathways, and CCDI’s Community Hub.

She holds a Bachelor of Social Science with honours in political science and a minor in theatre studies from the University of Ottawa, where she also completed the French Immersion program. Through her studies, Megan explored the power of storytelling in learning and sharing different perspectives and ideas, which drew her to her work in DEIA.

Megan is passionate about using her knowledge, skills, and experience to create and facilitate spaces and platforms where people can connect, learn, lead, and take action towards a deeper respect and understanding of one another and in building a more inclusive and equitable Canada.

When not working, Megan is volunteering at local dog shelters, cooking, crocheting, tending to her many houseplants, or spending time in natural spaces, both in and out of the city.
