Rayhan Azmat is a senior executive, keynote speaker, and advocate whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, resilience, and transformation. Over a 25-year career, he has built senior leadership experience in finance and media, beginning at PwC as a Chartered Accountant working with global clients including Sony and IMAX. That same perspective carries into how he leads and lives. He is married with two children, and his lifelong passion for film shapes how he thinks about storytelling and culture. Rayhan serves as Treasurer on the boards of DEEN Support Services and the Disability Screen Office of Canada. A sought-after keynote speaker, Rayhan has addressed audiences ranging from small associations to large organizations including Microsoft Canada and Loblaw Companies Ltd., has moderated public conversations at the Toronto International Film Festival, and has spoken at conferences alongside thought leaders such as Deepak Chopra. Through his talks, he invites audiences to see beyond surface-level narratives and embrace change as a catalyst for growth and lasting impact within organizations, teams, and culture.
